Returns and Refunds

These return conditions do not apply to Business customers. To view the Business return conditions, please log in with your Luminal Park Business account.

Return terms

You have up to 14 days for:
  • Returning an item because you changed your mind or because of an incorrect purchase

    Our goal is for you to be satisfied with your purchase from our site. If this is not the case, you have the right to request the return of the item, even without justification, within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery, provided that the item is resalable and in its original packaging. If you wish to exchange the item for a different one once it has been returned, you will be refunded your previous order and will have to proceed with a new order with the correct item. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the item.

    If you are a private individual, Luminal Park will take care of the return, in which case you will be responsible for the return costs of €9.00.

    If you are a professional/company you will have to use your own courier to return the items. If you are a VAT-registered customer, you will also be charged the cost of sending the order with the withdrawal, even if it was initially free of charge. The cost will be communicated to you upon authorisation of the return.

  • Returning a damaged or wrongly arrived article

    If the item you have received does not work properly or does not correspond to what you have ordered, we will replace it at our expense with a functioning or correct item.

You have up to 2 years for:
  • Returning a faulty article

    You can purchase on our site with peace of mind because we offer a 2-year guarantee for conformity defects on the article. The guarantee applies to the item that presents a conformity defect as long as it has been used correctly, in compliance with its intended use and with the provisions of the enclosed technical documentation. In the event of a conformity defect, Luminal Park shall take back the item and subsequently repair or replace it free of charge.

How to request a return or exchange

You can return an item easily by sending us an eMail from our support page.

Please do not send items without first sending us a return request and get the authorisation.

The following information must be specified in the return request:

  • First name and surname or company name;
  • Order reference, date and number;
  • Indication of the items to be returned (simply indicate the code and quantity);
  • Bank details (IBAN and account holder) in case of payment of the order by bank transfer in advance.

If you wish, you can forward your return request to us using the form prepared by Luminal Park.

If the return request is accepted we will send you the prepaid return shipping label if you buy as  a private/individual. If you buy as a professional/company you will have to ship the items back to our warehouse:

Refunds

If you have chosen to return an item within the 14 days to exercise your right of withdrawal, we will refund the full amount paid after we have received the items. The cost of returning the item is your responsibility.

If you are a VAT-registered customer, with the withdrawal you will also be charged the cost of sending the order, even if this was initially free of charge. The cost will be communicated to you upon authorisation of the return.
