Returns and refunds

Up to 14 days

To return an item because you changed your mind or made an incorrect purchase

Our aim is for you to be satisfied with your purchase on our website. If you are not satisfied, you have the right to request the return of the item, even without justification, within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery, provided that the item is resalable and in its original packaging. If you wish to exchange the item for a different one, once it has been returned, the previous order will be refunded and you will have to place a new order with the correct item. The cost of returning the item, if the shipment is handled by Luminal Park, will be €10.00.

To return an item that has arrived damaged or incorrectly

If the item you have received does not function properly or does not correspond to what you have ordered, we will replace it at our expense with a functioning or correct item.

You can shop with confidence on our website because we offer a 2-year guarantee for conformity defects on the article.

The guarantee applies to the article with a conformity defect as long as it has been used correctly, in accordance with its intended use and with the technical documentation attached. The guarantee applies to the item that presents a conformity defect as long as it has been used correctly, in compliance with its intended use and with the provisions of the enclosed technical documentation.
In the event of a conformity defect, Luminal Park will collect the item free of charge and then repair or replace it.

Requesting a return or exchange

If you have purchased on the site you can return an item by sending an eMail to or by calling us at +39 0386 51209.

Please do not simply send the items back to us without first sending us a return request and obtaining a return authorisation.

The following information must be specified in the return request:

  • Full name or company name;
  • Order reference, date and number;
  • Quantity and code of the items you want to return;
  • If you want Luminal Park to provide you with a return label or if you are shipping the return with a delivery company of your choice;
  • Bank account number (IBAN and BIC/SWIFT Code) and name and surname of bank account holder (only in case your order was paid by bank transfer).

If you prefer, you can send us your return request using the form provided by Luminal Park.

After obtaining the return authorisation, the package must be sent to our logistics centre at the following address:

Can I send the article at my own expense to your warehouse?
Yes, but first you need the file number for the return and the document to put in the parcel. Packages sent without prior authorisation for return by Luminal Park will not be accepted.


If you have chosen to return an item within the 14 days period to exercise your right of withdrawal, after we have received the items, we will refund the full amount paid. In the event of withdrawal, you will only have to pay the transport costs for the return of the items of €10.00 in case Luminal Park has to take care of the return transport.

How is the reimbursement calculated?
The amount of the refund is calculated according to the reason you returned the item. If the right of withdrawal is exercised within the terms, the refund is calculated by adding to the net price paid for each item (taking into account any additional discounts or promotions used during the purchase) the standard transport cost, excluding any additional delivery services (e.g. the cost of cash on delivery, the surcharge for express delivery or appointment, etc.) and deducting the fixed cost of € 10.00 for the return transport cost.
This amount will not be deducted in the event of a return for a faulty item or if you have returned the item at your own expense. Please note that if the box of the item is damaged because it was not sent according to the instructions, the refund may be reduced.
What will not be reimbursed?
Reimbursement is not possible for:
  • Customised items;
  • Surcharge for cash on delivery;
  • Non-standard ancillary transport services (express delivery, by appointment, etc.);
  • Any costs of the beneficiary for the credit operation;
  • Price for customising an article.
How will the refund be made?
The refund will be made in the same way as the payment was made. In case of cash on delivery payment, the refund will be made by bank transfer.
When will the reimbursement take place?
Your refund will be processed within 14 days of the date you informed us of your wish to cancel if you send us proof of posting of the return. In the absence of proof of dispatch, you will be entitled to a refund within 14 days of receipt of the items in our warehouse.
When will I see the credit on my account?
The crediting time once the refund has been authorised by Luminal Park depends on the bank or credit card company.
Will I receive a receipt for the credit?
Yes, we will send you the reimbursement document by email after Luminal Park has credited the amount. If you requested an invoice in the original order, we will issue a credit note, otherwise a refund note will be issued.
Is it possible to request a refund by a different method than the one used in the order?
No, it is not possible to request a refund by a different method than the one used in the original order. Only in case of cash payment to the courier we will refund you by bank transfer.
Is it possible to use the credit for a new order?
No, it is not possible to use the credit of a return for a new order, but we will credit the amount using the same means of payment used for the order. Only in case of cash payment to the courier will we refund the amount by bank transfer.
