New Christmas Decorations 2022

As every year, Luminal Park extends its catalogue with products from the new Christmas Collection: for 2022 we have introduced many new features, both in terms of the luminous shades used and the new decorations.

Selected trends in Christmas decorations have always set by the Christmas World, the historic Christmas-themed trade fair, which takes place every year in Frankfurt; and in Luminal Park we create our new products exactly in line with the trends that emerge during this major event.

1. The new Christmas shades: soft white, ice white and multifluo

As you know, the light strings are perhaps the most loved and used product during the Christmas holidays! Decorating the tree is always a celebration, for adults as well as for children; and there are also those who, every year, choose to dress their fir tree in new colours, according to current fashions.

At Luminal Park, light strings are normally available in 3 basic light colours: extra warm white, warm white and white, plus of course the timeless multicolor. From this year, however, we have introduced more delicate and natural shades, such as the soft white and the ice white, together with brighter and more imaginative colours, such as the multifluo.

While warm white normally tends to have yellow highlights, while extra warm has golden highlights, the soft white shade is more "natural," going so far as to make the yellow reflection of light almost imperceptible. In contrast, ice white greatly emphasizes the typical blue reflection of white lights, creating precisely an "ice" effect.

Finally, in the multifluo there is a triumph of neon colors, creating a more modern and eye-catching version of the classic multicolor. All catenaries in the new color shades are for now only available in the 30.5 m version.

2. Icicles of design: Bunch and Light Drops

Not the usual icicles! In this case, the difference is in the product structure: the Bunch icicles embellish the classic icicles with very elegant and distinctive bow clusters, while the Drops of Light icicles create a delicate and refined final effect.

But let's go in order: the Bunch stalactites take up the decorative idea of the Bunch catenaries, one of our latest innovations. What's special about this product is that the LEDs are not distributed in the classic way, but are grouped in pretty little bright bunches (with 8 LEDs each), perfect for decorating your Christmas tree or making your stalactite innovative and elegant.

The name "Drops of Light", on the other hand, comes from the shape of the Ø 4 mm high-brightness LEDs that are mounted directly on the cable inside a kind of "drop": this special shape of the LED coating makes it 360° bright.

Both Bunch and Light Drops icicles are available in both warm white and white versions.

3. The magic of decorations on glass for kids

Always, in Luminal Park we try to give space to the magic and dreams of the youngest kids, making products designed especially for them every year.

This year arrived the new Christmas window decals, wonderful glass decorations made on a special electrostatic stand. The window decals also are bright and are powered by one button battery each, which is already included with the product and can be replaced as needed. They are available in four different Christmas-themed designs, including the classic pine wreath, advent candle and two versions with Santa Claus.

Colorful and cheerful, they are ideal both for decorating home windows and for beautifying the classroom during the holiday season, of course along with drawings made by the children.

4. The sky in a bottle: vases and bottles Magic series

Another novelty also designed for kids, but not only, are the Bottle and the Vases Magic series. Battery-powered, therefore convenient to move, low-voltage, and safe, these fantastic decorations lend themselves wonderfully both to the embellishment of an interior, such as a living room or nursery, and to venues and businesses that need to set up their tables festively.

Magic bottles and jars are all made of frosted glass and are decorated with a star motif or "winter forest" theme; being backlit, or rather lit from inside, they give the illusion of containing a starry sky or a winter forest and its magical inhabitants.

Available in various sizes and accompanied by an original cork cap, these figures are perfect for bringing a little bit of Christmas to the table or to make little ones dream.

5. Design Wood Light - RGB Edition

The Design Light Wood Figures represent a genuine success within the Luminal Park catalog: over the past two years have been very popular, both for the variety of patterns available and for their Nordic and somewhat minimalist design. Until now, DLW figures were also present in different sizes, but only in the warm white color variant; for Christmas 2022, however, the DLW family is being expanded, making room for new RGB versions.

Available in the shape of star and fir, in different sizes, Design Wood Light RGB figures are equipped with multifunctional remote control, which makes it possible to choose from 16 million available colors, including white. In addition, these items are also controllable through the Magic Home Pro app, which is free for iOs and Android and compatible with major Smart Home systems, such as Alexa or Siri.

6. New Thin Figures: when space is no longer an issue

Another product line that has been popular in past years is the Light Cream and Brown (LHC Series), whose reindeer are now our customers' favorite product.

However, our own customers often reported to us that a problem arose with traditional reindeer at the end of the Christmas season: these 3D decorations are very beautiful but they are also very bulky to store and keep until the next Christmas.

Therefore, precisely to meet the many requests in this regard, we have designed the new Light Cream and Brown 2D Series, which combines the beauty of Light Cream and Brown figures with ease of use and storage. The same type of 2D figures is also available from this year for the range of figures made of transparent acrylic mesh in white shades.

7. A comeback in grand style: new Bright Villages

We called it a "comeback in a grand style" because since time immemorial the bright villages are a beloved product within the Christmas decorating world, but in Luminal Park this category now acquires an extra plus!

The history of the tradition of Christmas Villages is ancient and goes way back; at Luminal Park we decided to add this type of product to our extensive collection of Christmas decorative items mainly to meet the huge demand that has come to us from our customers over the years.
